SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES

Handling time: 1 – 3 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time: 4 – 6 Business days (Monday to Friday) 

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages or missed deliveries. If your shipping address is correct check to see if there is a neighbor that the package may have been delivered to by accident. Check your front office (if you live in an apartment). Check to see if someone else in your residence brought the package in when you were away. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your local post office to get more information about the delivery of your package and file a claim with the USPS.

Please be aware that all apparel items will ship separately. All apparel products are made-to-order and typically take 5-7 business days to produce (not including shipping/delivery). Beard Godz is in no way responsible for unforeseen delays once the package is in transit with the courier. Please be patient with us and keep this in mind when calculating shipping times.

Returns or exchanges are only permitted if the item is deemed damaged or defective, notification in regard to any issue must be initiated within 15 days of receipt.
